1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to big8, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and big8 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all versions of the big8 platform, including the website accessible at https://big8.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

big8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform, or your access to it, at any time and without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms or if required by applicable law.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on big8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. big8 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify local regulations before participating.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or be registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on big8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming your identity and age.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming that the registered mobile number matches the account holder.

big8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete the KYC process within a specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

big8 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard-linked bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.
• Withdrawal requests may take 1–5 business days to process. big8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• big8 reserves the right to freeze funds or delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance checks.

Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties on winnings in their jurisdiction. big8 does not deduct or remit taxes on behalf of users.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

big8 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and special seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. The availability, terms, and value of each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all big8 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the associated bonus funds.
• Bonuses carry an expiry window of 7 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus or associated winnings remaining after the expiry window will be voided automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing or gifting of bonuses is prohibited.
• big8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Where misuse of a promotion is detected, all associated bonus funds and derived winnings may be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on big8. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering multiple accounts or attempting to operate an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization from big8.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of organized cheating designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's odds systems.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software tools to place bets, manage accounts, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Any attempt to launder money, circumvent financial regulations, or use big8 for any illegal financial transaction under Bangladeshi or international law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the big8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of big8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the big8 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of big8 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8 Limitation of Liability
